As parent entity to several high-profile, global contract furniture brands, HNI wanted to centralize its strategic accounts program to assist customers purchasing from across the portfolio — thus, HNI One was born.
A service offering designed to simplify the procurement process for office furniture for large organizations, the HNI One brand is designed squarely around customer engagement — the brand’s visual toolkit has a vibrancy, warmth and energy that conveys the spirit of its people; engagement tools including quarterly newspaper, customer information app and various event collateral are all designed to amplify the idea of ease through knowledge sharing and navigating the numerous issues and trends affecting contemporary workplace design.
